Reus, Almeria and Malta will be added to the range of flights and packages from the Essex airport from March 2025. Flights to Malta will run four times a week and the Spanish destinations twice a week.
EasyJet announced its return to Southend in May after a hiatus during the pandemic. It will base three aircraft there, with the first flights due to depart from 30 March 2025.
The three new destinations are added to Gran Canaria, Tenerife Dalaman, Antalya Enfidha, Marrakech and Pisa, bringing the total number of routes from Southend to 17.
An update to easyJet holidays’ trade portal is now live, allowing agents to download digital quotes of packages from Southend.

In addition, easyJet has confirmed a new twice-weekly service from Southampton to Amsterdam and from Leeds Bradford to Paris Charles De Gaulle will launch on 28 October, while a twice-weekly route from Luton to Malta will begin on 4 December.
