Naxxar Lions have strengthened their squad by signing Japanese forward Talla Ndao.
For the 25-year-old forward, this will be his first experience in European football as he spent all his career playing in Japan.
Ndao was on the books of Yokohama F.M, Machida Zelvia, and Maru. Okazaki.
In February 2023, he moved to FC Osaka where he spent the last 18 months.
The Lions hope that Ndao can provide the attacking spark that was somewhat missing from the team during the Opening Round.
Ndao becomes Naxxar’s second signing this month after the Lions also brought back Brazilian defender Joao Moura, who was, incidentally, a teammate with Ndao at FC Osaka.
Moura and Ndao could make their debut for Naxxar against Floriana on Sunday.
